Noraebang is being built in the building of Abloc, right above Aalto University metro station.
Noraebang is a Korean karaoke booth installed in Aalto University, Espoo, Finland. It is built using a converted Finnish sauna and soundproofed with bio-based materials like mycelium and wood fiber. It is collaborative work with co-producers Yejin Youn and Shawn Shinwoo Kim. It is also in collaboration with other designers and researchers, including Harvey Shaw (mycelium researcher), Daein Kang (interior designer), and Harim Kwon (interior designer).
The project is supported by Sustainability Action Booster (9000 EUR grant), Singa, and BioMakers Lab.
This is the main body text where you describe the project in more depth. You can write about the process, the materials, the context, the collaborators, or anything else that feels relevant. There's no required structure — write it the way the project wants to be described.
Caption for this image. Can describe what's shown, who took it, or any relevant context.
More body text after the image. You can keep writing here and the text will continue below the image naturally. Add as many paragraphs as the project needs.
Caption for the floated image.
This paragraph will wrap around the image on the right. It's useful for detail shots or process photos that don't need the full width. The text flows naturally alongside it.
Once the floated image ends, the text returns to full width on its own. You can add as many sections and images as you need by repeating the pattern above.
Another full-width image at the end, or wherever it feels right.
